Payments & Manual Charges
When you purchase a product or service on XoderaStore, your credit/debit card will be charged manually for the exact amount you approve at checkout.
We do not enable automatic or recurring billing. This means there is no automatic charging without your direct action and confirmation for each purchase.
If any future payment is required (for example: additional items, upgrades, or order changes), it will only be processed after your approval and confirmation.
You acknowledge and agree that your card information may be securely stored in an encrypted and protected system, in accordance with industry-standard security practices, solely for the purpose of executing withdrawal transactions.
Access to card details and the execution of withdrawal operations is strictly limited to a single authorized and officially appointed platform officer. This individual is solely responsible for managing and performing withdrawal requests in compliance with XoderaStore policies and internal controls.
In the event of any error, issue, discrepancy, or unexpected behavior related to a withdrawal or payment process, you agree to immediately and without hesitation notify XoderaStore via email at support@xodera.store.
